At Results Laser Clinic we work hard to ensure that you’re using the best products for your skin. However, we understand at times you might not be 100% satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before you return your items to Results Laser Clinic you must complete a Product Return Request Form. Our Customer care team will be in contact with you regarding your return request and provide details on how to return your item.
To return your products, they should be securely packaged and shipped back to us at the following address. (Shipping must be paid by the customer)

When returning product we suggest you insure the package with Australia Post, and use the registered mail service for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise approved for return or exchange by Results Laser Clinic and received by our office
