End of Year Order Cut-offs Dates
Between December 22nd 2026 - January 4th 2027 online orders may take longer to process due to public holidays and temporary warehouse closures.
Product Cut-offs
We recommend lodgement in metro locations by the following dates for delivery by Christmas Day:

Parcel Post: Thursday 14th December

Express Post: Monday 23rd December
Parcel Post item sent to and from Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory need to be lodged by Friday 11th December.
Express Post items sent to and from Northern Territory and Western Australia need to be lodged by Friday 17th December.
Allow additional time for items being sent outside metro areas. Note: Delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed and may be affected by Australia Post delivery times and potential delays.
Any product orders placed after 3 pm on December 22nd will be processed during the week beginning 4th of January 2027. Note that during this time there may be delivery delays of up to 14 days.
Christmas Gift Cards & Treatment Package Orders
To ensure gift cards & Treatment packages are processed and received before Christmas, please place orders before 3 pm on December 22nd.
Any gift card or treatment package orders placed after 3 pm on December 22nd will be processed during the week beginning 4th of January 2027.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
